GIFT BAGS- NEW PROCEDURE FOR LIQUOR AND WINE STORES
Liquor stores may provide or sell at cost (i.e. not for a profit) gift wrapping and packaging, including gift bags. Liquor stores may also assemble a "gift package" of alcoholic beverages that includes non-food items such as wrapping paper, a bow, packaging (such as a basket), or gift items (such as a stuffed animal), however all such non-food gift items must be given away or sold at cost (not for a profit) and must be sold in combination with alcoholic beverages as a single "gift package" that has been fully assembled by the licensee.
RENEWALS- NEW PROCEDURE MAY 1, 2011
Beginning with the May 1, 2011 renewal period, applicants will receive a notice in the mail advising them that it is time to renew their license. The notice will provide instructions to applicants on how to download the renewal application along with a list of documents/information that is to be submitted with the application as well as the appropriate fee and the effective/expiration dates for the upcoming license period.
